Minutes of the June meeting accepted by Frank (K2IYE) and by Brian (WA2FAX)

 

Treasurer’s report: Report given by Darleen (KC2HCW).  

 

Jim (WA2RJP) and Charlie (N1CRR) were able to get to Lakehurst, and all repeaters are working well, and the packet is working.

There have been many compliments on how the new 2m repeater is working. This repeater, along with a mobile and portable radio were given to the club by Yaesu for free. Anyone who would like to try out the mobile radio or the portable radio, please see Jim (WA2RJP) to sign them out.

A motion was made by Pete (K3PMC) that all monies spent over $500 must be voted on. Motion second by Rocky (N2YQS). All approved, none opposed.

The club is looking to put an order in for new shirts, hats, and sweatshirts. See Darleen for JSARS stickers and any shirts left.

Fall Hamfest: Don (K2HCW) is looking to have the hamfest at Riverwood in October

 

 

 

Field Day went well! Club made 60 contacts. Thank you to all that made food!
