Treasurer’s report: Report given by Darleen (KC2HCW).  Accepted by Rocky (N2YQS) and Pete (K3PMC).

 

The JSARS Fall Hamfest will be November 16^th at Riverwood Park. There will be tailgating and indoor spaces. Vendors can arrive at 6am. Buyers can arrive at 8am. The VE session will be at 10am.

A motion was made for $250 for expenses for Hamfest- Accepted by Frank (K2IYE) and Brian (WA2FAX)

 

Looking to get some people together to fix up the trailer, so that it can be used more often. Repairs will start on Sundays 8am-11am

 

Pete (K3PMC) has volunteered to teach a Basic Electronic/Tech class to any students or scouts. Classes will begin once we get candidates.

 

 

Halloween Party will be October 30^th

 

Christmas Party will be Thursday December 11^th at 6pm – A motion was made for $500 for expenses for Christmas Party- Accepted by Frank (K2IYE) and Valerie (KC2KGE)

 

A motion to donate $100 to the Oceans of Love Cancer Organization was made- accepted by Frank (K2IYE) and Pete (K2PMC)

 

All repeaters have been working with no issues

 

 

September Birthdays were celebrated
