Treasurer’s report: Report given by Darleen (KC2HCW).  Accepted by Rocky (N2YQS) and Joe (N2RAI)

 

The JSARS Fall Hamfest will be November 16^th at Riverwood Park. There will be tailgating and indoor spaces. Vendors can arrive at 6am. Buyers can arrive at 8am. The VE session will be at 10am. Weather looks good.

 

Pete (K3PMC) reports repairs have started on the trailer on Sundays (8am-11am) A special “thank you” to Ricky (KC2VXI) for all the electrical work he did in the trailer.

The ceiling still needs to be fixed and the inside cleaned. A motion was made by Charlie (N1CRR) to allow $250 for the supplies to fix the ceiling. Second by Lloyd (N2KPC)

 

 

 

Christmas Party will be Thursday December 11^th at 6pm – A motion was made for $500 for expenses for Christmas Party- Accepted by Frank (K2IYE) and Valerie (KC2KGE)

Dues is due for 2015 – If you pay your dues by the Christmas Party, then you will be entered into a raffle for a radio.

 

V.P. Jim (WA2RPJ) reports the 440 repeater at Lakehurst is not working again, the filter has burned up. It can be fixed again or it can be replaced by the Yaesu repeater we received for free from Yaesu.

Jim also explained a special offer from Yaesu. They will allow us to buy a second repeater for $500. A motion was made by Frank (K2IYE) and Charlie (N1CRR) to purchase the second repeater, and put it on the 146.910
