Meeting Minutes - January 12, 2017

 The Minutes of the January 12, 2017 Business Meeting are as follows:

* Meeting came to order at 7:00PM.

* Pledge, moment of silence, then attendee roll call.

* The Minutes of the previous meeting approved by Ricky KC2VXI and Charlie N1CRR.

* Darleen KC2HCW Treasurer's Report shows an account balance of $xx,xxxx.xx. For the record,

   JSARS' non-profit New Jersey corporation fee(s) have been paid and are up-to-date. Treasurer's

   report approved by Ricky KC2VXI and Charlie N1CRR.

* We have selected our Spring Hamfest date of Sunday, March 26th and our Fall Hamfest date of Sunday,

   August 27th. These dates show no known conflicts with other area radio clubs' schedules. Don K2HCW will

   advise ARRL of these dates for their publication.

* It was suggested by Don K2HCW that on Thursdays with inclement weather conditions all JSARS members and

   visitors prior to driving to our Riverwood Park club house should first listen to our 146.910 repeater between

  4:45PM and 5:15PM to confirm that our club house is actually open.

* Charlie N1CRR presented the December JSARS ARRL Traffic Net summary:

* We welcomed two new JSARS members:

   Ike KD2MNW of Whiting, tech class
